Senior Marcom Associate – Maternity Leave Cover

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marcom Associate to join our teamin Binyamina for a 9-month maternity leave cover, starting July 2026, with potential for extension.
The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for marketing and public relations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive,results-driven mindset. This role requires someone who takes ownership, drives initiatives forward, and delivers measurable impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will lead the execution of OncoHost’s global marketing strategy, driving integrated initiatives that enhance brand awareness & support product growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
External Communications & PR:
· Translate complex scientific and technical content into clear, compelling value propositions
· Draft and distribute press releases and targeted media pitches
· Manage media relations, including proactive outreach and securing interviews
· Lead award submissions and thought leadership placements
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
· Manage and grow OncoHost’s social media presence through consistent weekly content
· Execute targeted paid campaigns as needed to support key initiatives
Email Marketing:
· Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
· Create and distribute internal quarterly newsletters
· Develop and execute physician-focused email campaigns (strategy, content, design, distribution, and performance tracking)
Event Marketing & Management:
· Identify and evaluate strategic conference and event opportunities
· Manage the event calendar and submit speaker proposals
· Oversee booth management,marketing collateral, and event promotion
· Support the commercial team in preparing materials for Advisory Boards
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Partner closely with the CEO on investor presentations, speaking opportunities, and corporate updates
· Equip the commercial team with up-to-date, high-quality marketing materials
Additional Responsibilities:
· Manage and continuously optimize the company website
· Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
· Manage external vendors (PR agencies, Design teams, Freelancers) as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Native English speaker
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
· 2+ years of experience in marketing or public relations
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
· Experience in healthcare/biotech – an advantage
· Experience with Canva and graphic design – an advantage
Working Conditions
Hybridmodel: Four days from the Binyamina office, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
