Financial Controller

OncoHost, a fast-growing company in the digital health and precision-oncology field, is seeking a Financial Controller, a CPA with up to three years of experience, to join our finance team in Binyamina.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation, review, and audit of the company’s financial statements.
  • Oversee bookkeeping activities and payroll accounting processes.
  • Manage reporting and interactions with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor the company’s budget, including variance analysis and planning versus actual performance.
  • Supervise bank accounts, cash flow, and treasury activities.
  • Support and oversee the financial operations of the company’s international subsidiary.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including KPI tracking and financial insights.
  • Maintain internal controls, accounting procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide financial insights to management.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions as needed.

Requirements

  • CPA certification (required).
  • Up to 3 years of experience in audit or a financial controller role, preferably within tech or global companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems / ERP (TriNet is an advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
