Marcom Associate (Temporary 9-Month Position)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marcom Associate to join our team in Binyamina. This is a temporary 9-month position to cover maternity leave, starting in November 2024, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and public relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations:
- Draft and distribute news releases and media pitches
- Coordinate award nominations and thought leadership placements
- Manage media relations, including outreach and securing interviews
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media platforms with weekly postings and occasional paid campaigns
Email Marketing:
- Co-manage Salesforce Account Engagement platform
- Design and distribute internal quarterly newsletters
- Develop physician email marketing campaigns, including creation, design, distribution, and reporting
Event Management & Marketing:
- Conduct event research and identify relevant opportunities
- Co-manage the event calendar and submit speaker proposals
- Oversee booth management, marketing collateral, and event promotion
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support the CEO with investor decks, speaking submissions, and quarterly updates
- Assist commercial team with presentations and marketing materials
Other Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the website
- Ensure brand cohesion across all company materials
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or public relations
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce Account Engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Canva and graphic design is a plus
Working Conditions
- Hybrid model: Four days from the Binyamina office, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
